I've got BIND v9.0.0rc5 running on host rwc.tech.org; in theory, it will take IPv6 requests for DNS queries. If anyone out there has a resolver library that can issue queries to a recursive server via IPv6, I'd be curious to know what happens when you point your resolver at rwc.tech.org's AAAA record.
