canet3 prefix

	for those of you who filter addresses, Canet3 has received the following 
prefix from ARIN and will begin to use it. So please change your filters 
accordingly.

    Netname: CANET3-IPV6
    Netnumber: 2001:0410:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000/35
