I use the linux netscape binary on freebsd 4.1.1 - I went through the netscape
ports when I installed 4.0-release and none of them were worthy of handling
email.
I am going to try the netscape6 linux binary under freebsd and then later when
I have time I'll fool with the cvsup of ports and see how that stuff works.
Thanks to all who replied for the prompt answers.
