Stateless Autoconfiguration

Hi!

My name is Herman Strom. I am runnin Slackware 6.3-beta with 
Linux-2.2.12/glic-2.1.1. How do I make it so that my local interface
gets self-configured on link-local (fe80::0/10) network?
