Yeap. the registry has been down since many days. David is trying to fix
it.  We are running a mirror of it so you can browse it
(http://www.viagenie.qc.ca/en/ipv6/whois.html)  but we don't accept updates
now.  We had the plan to make redundancy for updates, but this is not done yet.
