2010::/16 filtering

I have permitted the prefix into and out of Sprint filters, FYI. I am seeing
the announcement currently through the following AS-paths.

Should it be deemed that the 2010::/16 block will be split up into
sub-delegations, I will allow up to /24 announcements. Currently, I only
allow the /16 through.
