So, for a transitional period, will you let your routers include both
xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx::/64 and xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:0::/80 in router
advertisements on a single link?  This would exercise the requirement
that

    An IPv6 address prefix used for stateless autoconfiguration
    of an Ethernet interface must (have a length of 64 bits | be 80
    bits in length).

depending on which generation of the spec is implemented.
