weird RIP prefix: 5f00::/16

I'm receiving ::/0 as well as 5f00::/8 from Cisco. I wonder that ::/0
is necesary with the current address assignment.

P.S.

I'm also receiving packets with link-local source addresses from
off-link. Please check out your IPv6 code in case.
