Sandia connected to the 6bone

Hi,

I am glad to announce that Sandia, California
is up and running on the 6bone.  I've set up 
a tunnel to those with a file in the RIPE-NCC
directory. Currently there are 1 tunnels up and 
running in both directions. It is to DEC-CA.
If you wish to connect to us, please complete the
tunnel from your end and send me a notice.  Thanks.
