new 6bone node

Bob,

	I've just finished configuring a tunnel to Western Washington
University (WWU) from 6bone-router.cisco.com.  I've updated the cisco entry at
RIPE accordingly just now (2nd update today) and I'm told that WWU will add an
entry at RIPE later today.  Please add it to the 6bone map when time permits.

	It would be nice if folks maintaining full 6bone routing would update
their routing tables to reflect Xerox PARC, Sumitomo, NUS, and WWU when time
