Stephen:

You are correctly pointing the prefix to Cisco, who in turn has a 
static route to ESnet for 5f01:2500:83e1::/48.

From ESnet it looks like I can't reach any of the FNAL hosts either,
Status: RO

I tried all 4 of them that I know of. We'll follow up w/FNAL.
